Florida Is The Least Stressed State In The Country

A recent survey by Answering Service Provider, VoiceNation shows that workers in Florida are the least stressed during August and October, with only 2% reporting work stress.

The poll of 1,500 U.S employees across the country, highlighted stress trends among American workers, revealing some interesting data from Florida Workers.

The survey provides detailed insights into the most stressful days, times, and months for workers, alongside practical tips for mitigating workplace stress.

Key Findings for Florida:

Most Stressful Day:

Monday: 52% of Florida workers report Monday as their peak stress day.

Least Stressful Day: Thursday (9%)

Tuesday: 10%

Wednesday: 13%

Thursday: 9%

Friday: 14%

Most Stressful Time of Day: 9 am – 10 am: 19% of Florida workers feel the most stress during this period. Least Stressful Time: 5 pm – 6 pm (3%)

Other significant stress times include:

7 am – 8 am: 14%

10 am – 11 am: 9%

2 pm – 3 pm: 10%

Most Stressful Month, December with 29% of Florida workers saying that is the most stressful month with the stress levels are also elevated at the beginning of the year, with January coming in second at 19%.

The report does say that working from home make things less stressful for employees.

Regular Breaks: Encourage outdoor breaks during daylight hours.

Mental Health Resources: Provide access to counseling and stress management workshops.

Promote Physical Activity: Offering an onsite gym is great for staff who want to take a break to work out. The gym is the perfect place to blow off steam and a great way to destress.
