HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the wreck on I-69 northbound near Slaughters is clear and the northbound lanes of the interstate are now back open.

    ORIGINAL STORY:

According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, northbound I-69 is shut down at Exit 125. This is the exit directly to the east of Slaughters and is also the exit for Dixon and Calhoun.

Officials say the wreck happened around 3:30 Wednesday morning and it should take at least 2 hours to be cleaned up.

This is a developing story and will be updated as more information is released by the KYTC.
