Prince Harry has admitted he "felt sick" after a tense chat with his brother Prince William on the night before his wedding to Meghan Markle .

It was meant to be the happiest day of their lives when Harry and Meghan said "I do" at St George's Chapel, but the Duke of Sussex has admitted he was left reeling following a huge disagreement with his brother the night before. In his memoir Spare, Harry recalled having drinks with friends at Coworth Park Hotel, where he stayed before getting married.

He claimed William had been due to join them but pulled out at the "last minute" . At the time, William had just become a dad for the third time and cited "Kate and the kids" as he canceled.

Harry also claimed that after reminding William that greeting well-wishers the night before the wedding was a long-standing tradition, William responded by asking "Why are you even saying hello to the crowds, Harold?" The Duke of Sussex said William's response left him "feeling sick".

However, Harry did admit that William eventually changed his stance about meeting the crowds and agreed to join him. The Duke of Sussex speculated: "Maybe Granny intervened."

Elsewhere in Spare, Harry shared details about his argument with William over the Duchess of Sussex and opened up about an alleged physical altercation with his brother. Harry has also given several TV interviews and produced a Netflix docuseries where he continued to reveal family secrets.

Harry has revealed he has even more to share, but admitted his brother would "never forgive me" if he wrote about more family secrets. Speaking about the editing process for his memoir, Harry revealed he removed large sections from the book to protect his brother and father.

"It could have been two books, put it that way. And the hard bit was taking things out," he said. Speaking to The Telegraph, Harry added: "There are some things that have happened, especially between me and my brother, and to some extent between me and my father, that I just don't want the world to know. Because I don't think they would ever forgive me."
