Sometimes it feels like our daily lives are all to-do lists, scheduling and responsibilities. Which makes it so important to take time to slow down and really treat yourself. But it feels even better when you find a truly delicious treat that still helps you meet your health and wellness goals. (Yes, it’s possible!) It’s why we’re fans of Lily’s , a brand that loves sweets and thinks absolutely everyone, regardless of lifestyle, should be able to enjoy them.
So we were excited to hear about their brand-new chocolate style recipe that’s even richer and creamier than before, but still has no added sugar. Not to mention, it’s certified gluten-free, Fair Trade, made with stevia and with Non-GMO ingredients,* and has no artificial colors or flavors. Sounds amazing, right? Well, we partnered with six foodie influencers from all different walks of life to taste-test Lily’s chocolate style bars themselves. Spoiler alert: It was love at first bite.
Home cook and lifestyle influencer Kearah Kraus likes to snack on something when she watches TV. (Don’t we all?) She tried the Salted Almond Milk Chocolate Style Bar and Creamy Milk - Milk Chocolate Style Bar and was impressed that Lily’s has non-GMO ingredients* and is Fair Trade certified. And as a Lily’s fan, she gives the ultimate rave review: “I didn’t think it was possible for me to like this new recipe even more, but it’s so good.”
Calvin Kang, aka @cooklikeimbook , is a former weight loss chef and shares smart recipes with his almost two million followers. He first tried the “so creamy” Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Style Bar followed by the Creamy Milk - Milk Chocolate Style Bar . His take? “I’m blown away by how delicious this new and improved recipe is.” And since it’s made with stevia and no added sugar, “You can feel satisfied with your chocolate cravings, while reaching fitness and health goals.”
Stacey Ervin Jr. is a fitness and lifestyle coach who helps clients sculpt their bodies and feel good doing it. But even a buff guy like himself enjoys a sweet treat. Enter: Lily’s. He’s already impressed with the low net carbs, which won’t “compromise his net carb count for the day.” He then tries the “top tier” Almond Dark Chocolate Style Bar and is practically speechless over the deliciousness of the Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Style Bar . He gives both a “ten out of ten.”
Home and lifestyle creator Nikki Mansch turned her taste-test into a day date with husband Matt. The “crunchy, but creamy and so rich” Almond Dark Chocolate Style Bar and the “buttery” Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Style Bar were favorites. In fact, they were so good, Nikki kept savoring and forgetting to give Matt a bite, but once she did, he couldn’t believe there was no added sugar.
