Khloe Kardashian reveals her real face in throwback photo before plastic surgery

Khloe Kardashian looked almost unrecognizable as she shared a throwback snap of herself before plastic surgery .

The Good American founder, 40, has been open about her transformation in recent years. Khloe has admitted to having a nose job and also credited her massive weight loss with changing her appearance.

The mom-of-two showed off her transformation on Instagram as she shared an old picture of herself posing next to her cousin Cici Bussey. Khloe shared the snap to wish Cici a happy birthday, as she wrote: "You deserve ONLY the great in this world. I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have you to make me belly laugh EVERYDAY single time I talk to you.

"And that's daily. You know how to change any mood into only a great one. Today and everyday celebrate you." In the picture, Khloe wore a long snakeskin dress and styled her brown hair into a middle part.

She opted for a dramatic makeup look, with heavy black eyeliner, bronze tan and pink lipgloss. Cici looked ready for a party as she wore a sequin black dress and matching headband.

Khloe shared a second post dedicated to her cousin as she said: "Selfless, gentle, understanding, loving, fun, loyal, hysterical, proud, "responsible" (lol). Just a few words to describe you. You are there for EVERYONE at ANYTIME."

Khloe has addressed her changing appearance. During one episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2021, she said people have accused her of having a "face transplant" but insisted at that point she had only had one nose job.

Khloe further opened up about her nose job and told fans on social media that she had it done a few weeks before her daughter True Thompson's first birthday. As well as a nose job, Khloe has credited weight loss for her change in appearance.

"I openly talk about my nose job and anyone who 'looks up' to me must know I've lost over 60 pounds over the years," she said on Instagram after haters questioned her face. Khloe also shot back and said she "didn't know I had to do a running list".
