Go Min-Si is a South Korean actress who will soon appear in the highly anticipated K-drama Sweet Home season 3. She plays one of the lead roles of Lee Eun-Yoo, who joins forces with Song Kang’s Cha Hyun-Soo in the final battle. Min-Si has also impressed viewers with her latest appearance on the variety TV show Jinny’s Kitchen Season 2.

Min-Si is one of the young actresses who rose to fame in 2018 for her role in the Korean movie The Witch Part 1: The Subversion. The actress even bagged the Popular Star Award at the 7th Korea Best Star Award in 2018 for the film. Furthermore, Min-Si won the SBS Drama Awards 2019 under the category of Best New Actress for the K-drama Secret Boutique.

Let’s look at some of Go Min-Si’s K-dramas and TV Shows:

    Sweet Home (all three seasons)

Sweet Home consists of three seasons, with the final installment premiering on July 19, 2024. In the Netflix K-drama, Min-Si plays the pivotal role of Lee Eun-Yoo, the sister of Lee Eun-Hyuk (Lee Do-Hyun). While the first season didn’t majorly focus on her, the second second highlighted her storyline. She turned into a monster killer to find her missing brother, who was assumed dead in the season 1 finale.

In the new installment, she reunites with Eun-Hyuk and joins forces with Hyun-Soo (Song Kang) to fight the final battle. They will team up against the antagonist, Pyeon Sang-Wook (Lee Jin-Wook). The series also stars Lee Si-Young, Yoo Oh-Sung, Oh Jung-Se, Kim Mu-Yeol, Jung Jin-Young, and Kim Shi-Ah.

    Love Alarm

Love Alarm is a 2019 K-drama with season 2 premiering in 2021. On Netflix, the official synopsis reads, “In a world where an app alerts people if someone in the vicinity likes them, Kim Jo-Jo experiences young love while coping with personal adversities.”

Jo-Jo (Kim So-Hyun) initially doesn’t install the app because she doesn’t have a smartphone. Therefore, the high-schooler is unaware of Lee Hye-Yeong’s (Jung Ga-Ram) attraction towards her. To find out if Hye-Yeong is truly attracted to her, his best friend Hwang Sun-Oh (Song Kang) kisses Jo-Jo. Things get complicated between friends, and a love triangle forms.

Actress Go Min-Si plays Jo-Jo’s cousin, Park Gul-Mi. She is popular in school but is selfish and egoistic. Gul-Mi has feelings for Sun-Oh, and the app developer Duk-Gu likes Gul-Mi. From jealousy to empathy, a character shows many emotions in both seasons.

    Jinny’s Kitchen Season 2

Go Min-Si recently became a part of the Jinny’s Kitchen franchise. She replaced BTS V/Kim Taehyung as the group’s intern. The variety show stars Lee Seo-Jin, Jung Yu-Mi, Park Seo-Joon, and Choi Woo-Shik.

In season 1, Woo-Shik and V were the interns of their Korean eatery in Bacalar, Mexico. As V currently serves in the military, the production team has brought in a new intern. She is Min-Si, who joined the group in Iceland, where they opened another branch, Jinny’s Ttukbaegi.
