With new seasons come fresh new looks, and Premier League clubs have begun to unveil their new kit designs for the coming 2024/25 campaign.

Having narrowly avoided relegation each of the last two seasons, Everton are still in the top flight and ready to defend their status as one of six clubs never to have dropped out of the Premier League.

Along for the ride is the new home shirt, which has been released by British kit-maker Castore and features a clean, classic look — with a nod to the club's iconic Merseyside ground Goodison Park, which will be replaced after this season.

The primarily blue shirt features a sky blue collar around the neck, which the club says pays homage to "The Originals," which refers to Everton's status as a founding member of the English Football League in 1888/89.

Behind the club crest, Castore logo and main sponsor logo, the blue background features an abstract subtle pattern, which is meant to honor the club's world-renowned stadium, in its final season of existence.

Opening in 1892, Goodison Park will be replaced after the 2024/25 season by a new stadium just down the road.

According to the club, the pattern features a deconstruction of the letters "EFC" as well as an abstract representation of the club's first official crest from 1920.

"I know how much Evertonians respect their history," said club captain Seamus Coleman in the official release, "and that will play a major part this season as we prepare to say goodbye to Goodison, a stadium that means so much to everybody.”

The goalkeeper home kit features similar patterns but is a bright green color.

Everton are the only Premier League club with kits made by Castore, who are also the kit maker for the likes of Burnley, Bayer Leverkusen in Germany, Dutch side Feyenoord, and Athletic Club in Spain.
