Here Are All The Nominations For This Fall’s Primetime Emmy Awards

The television world just learned what made the cut for this fall’s 76th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Actors Tony Hale and Sheryl Lee Ralph announced the Television Academy’s top contenders on Wednesday morning, drawing from a slate of programs that aired from June of 2023 through the end of this May.
The announcements may have felt like déjà vu for some, after last year’s WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes pushed 2023’s celebration to the start of this year.
But with small-screen favorites like “Succession” and “The Last of Us” out of the running this cycle, these Primetime Emmy nominations gave a new range of titles time to shine.
“Shōgun,” already an early favorite, earned 25 spots, while critically acclaimed series like “The Crown,” “Fallout,” “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” and “The Morning Show” helped round out the rest of the drama categories.
In comedy, “The Bear’s” lauded second season dominated with the potential for 23 trophies, but “Only Murders in the Building” nipped at the food-centric FX series’ heels with 21 of its own.
The limited series set was led by HBO’s “True Detective: Night Country,” which will have 19 chances to win big.
Streamer Netflix emerged as the most-nominated platform or network, boasting 107 nods. FX surpassed HBO and Max for runner-up, with a respective 93 and 91 honors each.
We’ll learn who wins big when the 76th Primetime Emmys take place on Sept. 15 in the heart of Los Angeles.
