T-Mobile service issue impacts 3 Kansas counties

LYON COUNTY ( KSNT ) – T-Mobile customers in parts of northeast Kansas may be experiencing a loss of service Wednesday.

The Lyon County Emergency Communications Center posted to social media on July 17 to notify local residents of the issue. The center reports T-Mobile is investigating the problem which is impacting customers in Lyon, Chase and Osage Counties.

T-Mobile customers in these areas may experience a temporary weakening or loss of their carrier’s wireless service. The issue was first noticed around 2:40 a.m. on July 17.
