    Cases recently adjudicated before Pickaway Court of Common Pleas Judge P. Randall Knece:

    Chris Agin, 61, c/o Pickaway County Jail, pleaded not guilty to Intimidation of a Victim (x13), Violating a Protection Order (x13). Disposition: Pretrial 8/9Dale E. Clayborn, 50, of 3727 Maplebrook Ln., Amelia, Burglary Defendant, was found Guilty by Reason of Insanity on 12/20/23. At that time Defendant was ordered confined to Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare. A status review was held Wednesday where Clayborn’s status was modified to Level III at the recommendation of the facility. His new status will allow him unsupervised on-grounds movement while he continues his NGRI commitment. Clayborn can be held for up to eight years.Dwayne Dunbar, 39, of 2828 Foxworth Dr., Columbus, pleaded not guilty to Illegal Conveyance of Drugs onto the Grounds of a Detention Facility.
