    Philly Public Forum on Best Practices for Hiring Qualified Re-Entry Candidates

    Philadelphia, PA – On Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 9:30am, on Temple University’s main campus, the general public is invited to attend the Equal Opportunities Fair Chance Hiring Forum, it will feature a panel discussion on best practices for companies that hire (or are interested in hiring) qualified formerly incarcerated candidates. Also, the forum will feature testimonies from justice-impacted people who have faced and overcome hiring discrimination. This is a free public event; employers are especially urged to attend.


    When: Thursday, July 18, 2024; Panel Discussion from 9:30 am -10:30 am; Networking from 10:30-11:30am


    Where: Temple University Howard Gittis Building, Room 200, 1755 North 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122


    Who: Panelists will include justice-impacted workers, fair chance hiring employers, a staffing agency for formerly incarcerated workers, and other experts in the field. The panel will be moderated by Ryan Moser of Resolve Philly.
