HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Broad Top man is behind bars, accused of possessing child pornography, police said.

Mark Musser, 54, is facing a felony count of child pornography after police received a report in April.

The report, filed by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, states that five files containing child pornography were uploaded to the Verizon cloud storage by a number belonging to Musser, charges show.

That number was also previously associated with a CyberTipline reporter dated back to March 2, 2021, police reported. That report was investigated in Dec. 2021, but no enforcement action was taken against Musser at the time.

On July 17, police served a search warrant at Musser’s residence along the 20000 block of Broad Street. According to the affidavit, police located a cellphone with child pornography.
