One customer said: “The TV works well and has decent quality. My absolute biggest issue is that the TV turns off automatically after 5 minutes. I have Samsung TVs that switch to a screensaver and do not just turn off. So, if I need to go put laundry away real quick and come back, it’s off when I get back and resets completely. I’ve tried every setting and nothing works and there’s no way to get to the native TV settings. Tried calling Amazon and they had no idea how to fix it and were no help at all. It’s so frustrating that I’m thinking of buying another TV and throwing this one out. I will never buy another Fire TV again. It’s just not worth it if you’ll be locked out of the TV settings and can only access the Fire settings. Very disappointed.”
