Marvel Entertainment released the track list for Deadpool & Wolverine ‘s soundtrack Wednesday, including a feature that has been years in the making.

Stray Kids, the eight-member K-Pop supergroup, will contribute a seemingly new song titled “Slash” to the soundtrack. The boy group, hailing from Korean company JYP Entertainment, have a lengthly history with Deadpool and Ryan Reynolds himself.

In 2021, Stray Kids competed, and eventually placed first, in the Korean music reality show Kingdom: Legendary War . For the show’s eighth episode, the boy group performed a wildly entertaining mashup of their hit song “God’s Menu” and Blackpink’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU.” Clearly paying homage to Deadpool , Stray Kids member Felix kicks off the performance dressed as Reynolds’ character, offering a cheeky opening monologue reminiscent of something out of the film.

Fans of the K-Pop group shared clips with Reynolds, who eventually commented , “Oh hello @stray_kids,” starting a mutual admiration between the group and the actor. Throughout the last few years, the band and Reynolds have gone back and forth on social media, with Bang Chan, the group’s leader and eldest member, even interviewing the actor during promotion for his movie Free Guy .

Earlier this month, Reynolds posted a video to social media with both Felix and Bang Chan while promoting Deadpool & Wolverine with Hugh Jackman in South Korea. The video shows Reynolds jumping on the “passing the phone to” social media trend by saying, “I’m gonna pass my phone here to my favorite Australian,” pausing at Jackman before finally landing on Felix and Bang Chan (who also happen to be from Australia). The actor captioned the post “As they say in Seoul: Chk Chk Boom,” a reference to the lead single from Stray Kids’ upcoming EP ATE .

Among the other artists to be featured on Deadpool and Wolverine ‘s soundtrack is Jackman himself. “The Greatest Show” – a song from Jackman’s 2017 movie The Greatest Showman , in which he stars as P.T. Barnum – is among the 18 songs featured on the soundtrack. How that will be incorporated into the movie, it’s still unclear.

The full track list for the Deadpool and Wolverine soundtrack is below.
