The “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star, 48, exclusively tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” that she helped her castmate through the split while vacationing with him in the South of France last year.
“Josh and I were on vacation together … last summer when I kind of made the decision that I was going to move on from [my own] relationship and talk to Erik [Anderson] about it when I got home,” recounts the real estate maven — who called it quits with the celebrity fitness trainer , 27 — after nearly four years together.

“And [Flagg] was so there for me, like, checking in on me every day,” she elaborates, emphasizing that she offered similar support to Flagg, 38, as he considered his future with 24-year-old Beyer.
Tutor — who repaired her friendship with Flagg after clashing on camera in “MDLLA” Season 14 — remembers the men going “back and forth” about whether they should stay together.
Eventually, though, they decided to part ways — which the blonde beauty thinks was beneficial for her pal, who had recently filed for divorce from ex-husband Bobby Boyd when he got together with Beyer in 2022.

“Of course I was there for him during the Andrew back and forth and I think they really struggled about whether to move on,” she shares with “Virtual Reali-Tea.”
“I think, ultimately, it was the right decision for him because he got out of that marriage and got into something pretty quick. I think he just needed to table it for a minute and spend some time with friends and get [his] life back.”
While Flagg has not publicly addressed the reasons for his separation from Beyer, previews for the current season of “MDLLA” tease that fans will learn more about the situation as episodes continue to air.

The Bravo vet, who broke up with fellow real estate pro Beyer in 2023, previously told Page Six that the duo had discussed marriage in the early stages of their romance.
“I don’t think I’d be dating somebody that I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life with because that’s just otherwise filling time,” Flagg said in October 2022.

“In my previous relationship, everything was a fight and everything was, you know, competing with me,” Flagg explained at the time, reflecting on his dynamic with Boyd, who also works in real estate and appeared on “MDLLA.”
“Andrew’s like, ‘I don’t give a s–t. I hope you’re the most successful person.’ My previous person … his actions would imply [the opposite]. … Anything I did, it was always, ‘Oh, this was handed to you, this was that, you didn’t … create your business.’ … It was just not nice.”
“Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
