Who Wants to Be a Millionaire celebrity team Lisa Ann Walter and Rosie O'Donnell made season history as they took the lead over all other guests after an "impressive" 250k win.

During celebrity edition WWTBAM, the iconic acting duo Abbott Elementary star Lisa Ann Walter and former Sex and the City actress Rosie O'Donnell took the stage as played for a shot at winning $1 million. Both ladies are previous gameshow winners as Rosie brought home $250,000 during her last appearance on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and Lisa with a $1 million win on Celebrity Jeopardy .

And now, the trivia experts tested their knowledge on celebrity WWTBAM and blew all previous players out of the water as they raised $250,000 for the charities of their choosing. The pair would have raised half a million dollars if they went with their guts on a risky RuPaul Drag Race quiz question, but decided to play it safe and take their money while they were still ahead.

Throughout the gameshow, fans took to X, formerly Twitter, raving over the talented pair and congratulated them for their jaw-dropping total earnings. One fan wrote: "Rosie O’Donnell and Lisa Ann Walter have taken the lead over all the other contestants!" And someone else sweetly posted: "Wow what a great distance congratulations Ms @Rosie and Ms @LisaAnnWalter on raising 250,000$ and congratulations to both there charities."

Others showered Lisa specifically in praise as one viewer wrote: "I will always tune in to celebrity versions of trivia shows (which are usually hit or miss) when @LisaAnnWalter is a contestant. Always a joy and super smart." Another praised Lisa's wide-ranging knowledge as they wrote: "That was impressive. I never would've thought of Mozambique."

Now, all of their earnings will be going towards their worthy charities of choice. At the start of the game, Rosie announced that her charity choice was Guide Dogs of America which is a non-profit organization that empowers people who are blind/visually impaired, veterans and children with autism with guide dogs. Lisa's charity of choice was Fund For Women's Equality which is an organization that promotes legal and lived equality for women in the United States.
