• Food employee observed in the food preparation area wearing bracelet/watch/ring on hands or arms.
• A food employee was observed touching a cheese pizza – a ready-to-eat food – with bare hands.
• Chicken was held at 53 degrees Fahrenheit in a refrigerator in the rear food preparation area rather than 41 degrees or below as required.
