You could go to a scavenger hunt in Sebastian, a couple Christmas in July events in Port St. Lucie, a comedy night in Stuart and an ice cream social in Port Salerno.
Here’s your Five on Friday weekend update for the Treasure Coast.
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
Mel Fisher Days Scavenger Hunt
- 4-10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to noon Sunday
- Mel Fisher's Treasure Museum, 1322 U.S. 1, Sebastian
- The annual charity scavenger hunt bar crawl will kick off on Friday with a pirate costume contest and food and drink tasting, followed by the scavenger hunt where crews will collect booty from eateries and pubs. On Saturday, authors will sign their books at the museum, and the dockside party will take place at the Tiki Bar & Grill. The party will feature activities including live music, a raffle, an auction, games, a cornhole tournament, treasure prizes, the Mel Fisher Lifetime Achievement Award presentation and a kids' corner. Scavenger hunt participants will exchange their booty for a key to try to open the chest of authentic treasure. Say farewell at Sunday brunch with friends, light food and mimosas. Proceeds benefit the Michael Abt Jr. Have a Heart Foundation and Wesley House Family Services.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY
Christmas Craft Fair
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday
- MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 S.E. Event Center Place, Port St. Lucie
- The Christmas in July craft fair will feature local and statewide vendors selling arts and crafts, jewelry, clothing, sweets, gifts, Christmas decor, food and beverages. Bring canned goods and other non-perishables for the Treasure Coast Food Bank.

- Mel Rescues All Animals Corp. is celebrating Christmas early with a bounce house, games, vendors, a visit from Santa and a treat trail.

CNS Comedy Special Event

- Enjoy a night of comedy from actor and comedian Jimmy Shubert, a finalist on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and closing act on Comedy Central's "Comedy Underground with Dave Attell."

Ice Cream Social

- The event will feature games, prizes, raffles and ice cream. Proceeds benefit Mable's Mission, a dog rescue dedicated to giving shelter dogs a second chance at life.
