Following Makoto’s commander successfully infiltrating the mansion in the previous episode, Mission: Yozakura Family episode 16 will see Taiyo awaken his powers thanks to the Yozakura blood. The episode will also reveal the assailant’s identity and explain why they have a family ring.

Mission: Yozakura Family episode 15 recap

The episode picks up where the previous episode left off with Shinzo’s arrival. Shinzo overwhelms Taiyo with attacks and sends him away. However, Nohmen threatens the lives of all the hotel guests with a bomb, forcing Shinzo to keep on taking his attacks.

Meanwhile, Taiyo does his best to help out by acting like a terrorist and trying to chase people away. They fall for his scheme, and he and Shinzo are able to attack Nohmen. However, one of the Tanpopo members approaches Taiyo and leaves. Shinzo comes to celebrate their victory but finds Taiyo full of bullet holes.

Elsewhere, Shinzo takes Taiyo back to the mansion, where he is treated in Nanao’s lab. Shinzo tells Kyoichiro his suspicions about Taiyo’s assailant. However, their discussion is cut short by a thousand Hazakura-powered thugs trying to break into the mansion. Goliath and the rest of the siblings are able to beat up some of the members.

However, the commander used Goliath as bait to gain access to the mansion. The episode then reveals Taiyo’s attacker has the previous Yozakura head ring as he locks down the entire mansion. The episode ends with Kyoichiro going to confront him.
