    Jefferson Co. woman charged with threatening people with knife

    WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 36-year-old Black River woman is facing charges after allegedly threatening three people with a knife on the night of Tuesday, July 16.

    The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said that Takaria Jackson allegedly threatening a group of people at a residence on Stone Drive.

    Sheriff’s Deputies said that Jackson also allegedly threatened to stab one person in the throat.

    Jackson was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon along with first-degree harassment and second-degree menacing.
