Koe Wetzel To Miss Headlining Appearance At Country Thunder Wisconsin Tonight Due To Illness

Bummer. Late last night, Koe Wetzel announced that he was canceling his headlining appearance at Country Thunder Wisconsin tonight due to illness. The Texas rocker has a new album called 9 Lives dropping tonight at midnight, and in a post on Instagram, he says he's disappointed he can't celebrate the new album with his fans at the show, which also includes opening performances by Stephen Wilson, Jr., Dillon Carmichael,  Grace Tyler and Charlie Argo. He also promised to make it up to fans, and you can read his full statement here, which was posted to his music Instagram account, rather than his personal: "I've been waiting to see if I felt better as the day went on because I really didn't want to have to make this call, but I am too sick to perform tomorrow at Country Thunder Wisconsin. We were really looking forward to celebrating the new album with y'all, but I know that lineup will put on a hell of a show. I'm working on a way to make it up to y'all... more soon, and I hope to catch you on the road again soon."
