Britney Spears has fired back at Ozzy Osbourne and his family following their recent criticism of her dancing videos on Instagram.

The Osbournes labeled Britney's videos as "very sad" during an episode of their podcast on Tuesday. In response, the 42-year-old "Toxic" singer took to Instagram on Wednesday to express her frustration with the famous family.

Britney wrote in a lengthy Instagram post, concluding with a direct message to the Osbournes: "I want to tell the Osbourne family, who is the most boring family known to mankind, to kindly f**k off!!!"

On The Osbournes Podcast, Ozzy Osbourne, 75, expressed his disdain for the pop singer, saying he was "fed up of seeing poor Britney Spears on YouTube."

    "Dancing," Sharon Osbourne clarified.

"Every f**king day," Ozzy added. "It’s sad, very, very, sad." Sharon and their children, Jack and Kelly, joined the critique.

"Save Britney," Jack, 38, said, referencing Britney's 13-year conservatorship that ended in November 2021.

"I know, I feel so sorry for her," Kelly, 39, added. Sharon, 71, called Britney a "poor little thing."

    "Very, very sad," Jack reiterated.

"Very sad indeed," Sharon concluded. "It's heartbreaking."

In her Wednesday post, Britney also referenced the 2001 rom-com Serendipity starring Kate Beckinsale and praised the actress for defending herself against online trolls.

"Not as bad as some of my comments saying it's sad that I'm as old as I am and I'm dancing every single day on my IG !!" the GRAMMY winner wrote, emphasizing that she "hardly ever" dances and is "not poor at all." She continued, "I know what it's like to be judged, but I think it’s important to help each other and invite each other to places that help our souls grow !!!"

Britney questioned what people are doing to support others' dreams instead of criticizing them, writing, "What are you gonna do to help someone out and bring their dreams to life besides being like me and Kate’s haters saying we’re too old or don’t have appropriate content ??? Do you think perhaps they might be offended by what they see ???"

Concerns about Britney's well-being intensified last October when she posted a video of herself dancing with knives in her California home. The "Slave 4 U" singer insisted the knives were fake and said she was inspired by Shakira’s 2023 performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. However, worried fans prompted local police to perform a wellness check on her.

Britney criticized fans for overreacting, calling the video "a joke."

"The officers came to my home and said they would not leave until they spoke to me as people do 4-minute performances with them," she wrote on Instagram at the time. "I am getting an apology. I’ve been bullied in my home for so long now…ITS ENOUGH!"

Britney was under a conservatorship from 2008 to 2021, during which she was involuntarily hospitalized twice and sent to a mental health facility.
