Stock pools have been the salvation for many folks who can't afford to splurge on a fully installed swimming pool, but who also need something a little more substantial than one of those off the shelf blowups.

And thanks to their durable style and customizability, they've pretty much become everyone's favorite way to create a functional outdoor oasis. But, the number one complaint we've heard from just about every TikToker and Instagrammer who has jumped in on the trend (pun intended), is that the pools just get too hot by the time the middle of summer rolls around.

Well, one Louisiana woman has found the perfect fix for this uncomfortable situation, and she's graciously sharing it with all of her followers below.

It's been the hottest summer on record in just about every place on earth, which is why we're all going to be tuning into @c_bleu's helpful video, where she breaks down her favorite ways to keep her stock pool chilled as the mercury starts to rise.

Some of her brilliant tips involve running a fountain at night to help recirculate the water when the temperatures are at their lowest, adding a cover to keep the sun from beating down on her pool all day, and adding one gallon frozen milk jugs to the water, and keeping a mister on when she's outside of the water taking a break.

A lot of people need these tips right now, especially people like the one commentor who said their pool water had hit triple digits.

"Our pool pool today was 104° because it was 123° out today in the sun," the Las Vegas based TikToker wrote.
