Two of rock's top bands - andSkillet - will be hitting the road together for a fall U.S. co-headline tour. The trek gets underway Sept. 17 in Asheville, North Carolina, crossing through the Midwest and Southwest before circling back to an Oct. 20 finale in Minneapolis, Minnesota. All dates, cities and venues can be viewed below, while ticketing information can be viewed through the Seether and Skillet websites.

Ahead of beginning their stadium tour with Green Day, Rancid, and The Linda Lindas (new guitarist included), The Smashing Pumpkins have announced a new album. Aghori Mhori Mei is due out on August 2, and you can see the cover art and tracklist below. It follows last year’s ATMU: A Rock Opera in Three Acts, and Billy Corgan says, “In the writing of this new album I became intrigued with the well-worn axiom, ‘you can’t go home again.’ Which I have found personally to be true in form but thought well, what if we tried anyway? Not so much in looking backwards with sentimentality but rather as a means to move forward; to see if in the balance of success and failure that our ways of making music circa 1990-1996 would still inspire something revelatory.” No new single yet, but stay tuned.
