Mom of ‘Love Island USA’ star Kaylor slams her new boyfriend Aaron: ‘Tantrums’ and ‘utter disrespect’

Mother knows best.

Kaylor Martin and Aaron Evans’ relationship on Season 6 of “Love Island USA” has sparked mixed feelings among viewers, with one person in particular expressing strong emotions — Martin’s mother.

Kara Kaylor-Stewart took to social media to share her disapproval after Evans, 27, hooked up with another contestant at Casa Amor, and failed to be completely truthful about his actions.

“My heart bleeds for you baby girl and I wish I could take the pain/hurt you will endure,” she wrote in a Facebook post. “Kaylor, you’re a strong advocate for empowering your loved ones, having faith and trusting one another and most of all… your loyalty to your friends and invested allegiance to do whatever it takes for them to feel joy, experience peace and serenity…. A God given Asset you were blessed with!”

She added: “Honestly, I was shocked initially when you selected Aaron for a courtship…the  absence of physical traits/appearance you’d otherwise insist on or MUST HAVE, prior to considering date potential….and even more astounding…his fragile emotion dysfunction, a caveat to Verbal outbursts,  tantrums , utter disrespect and consistent crying bouts reminiscent of a hormonal teenage boy…sincere concern….just sayin!!”

Stewart then advised Martin, 22, to learn and grow from her experiences on the show, but to also know her worth going forward.

Evans faced backlash for his involvement with another woman, Daniela Ortiz-Rivera, during his Casa Amor stay. The North Deck, England, native moved their relationship faster than expected during the brief three-day separation from the original girls, even telling her “I already feel like I love you so much.”

When Evans returned to the villa, many heated arguments erupted between him and Martin about the situation.

Stewart took to social media again two days after her initial post to share more of her thoughts on the drama.

“My beautiful Angel!😇😇😇 I’m so proud of you for staying grounded and knowing you deserve better!” she began. “Baby girl…you will find your love, your best friend, a man that would ride or die for you…a man that is selfless – only concerned with your needs/desires/wishes and forget about their own/self. It’s not hard to find a loyal man. Sadly for you…the MAN I’m taking about is not AAron (he’s a boy).”

“Aaron didn’t think about your feelings, only his own,” she concluded, also emphasizing how proud she was of her daughter for presenting herself “with class, authenticity and empowerment.”

The couple, of course, have yet to read her comments as they are still filming the reality show in Fiji.

They quickly reconciled despite the drama, with Evans even declaring his love for Martin during a particularly emotional argument.

“I f–king love you. There you go, I said it,” he said, which caught Martin off guard and prompted her to say she loves him too.

The two have since made things official, but concerns remain among viewers regarding “The Traitors” alum’s sincerity.

Earlier this month, former contestant Liv Walker shared her reservations about the couple with People.

“[Kaylor] is my ride-or-die. I absolutely adore her,” Walker said at the time. “I’ve always said that she’ll be my maid of honor or bridesmaid for life because she’s such a genuine soul and she sees the best in everyone no matter if they’ve hurt her. [Aaron] has done her dirty many times, and it’s a hard situation because I have so much love for Aaron as well. And he does care so much about her, and he knows he messed up a lot.”

She continued: “Personally, I feel like if you’re given the chance to explain everything you’ve done, just say it all! I feel like him not saying it all and saying he forgot [about things that happened with Daniela Ortiz-Rivera in Casa Amor] kind of made the situation worse.”

Walker, 21, added that if she were her friend, she wouldn’t take Evans back.

”Love Island USA” airs every night except Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Peacock. The Season 6 finale airs July 21.
