When officers arrived, they spoke with Alex, who claimed an argument occurred because he found out Amy was talking to another man. Alex informed officers that, after this, they both began arguing before it turned physical when Amy attempted to grab Alex’s phone. Amy proceeded to slap Alex multiple times on the leg while yelling, “he hit me.” Alex provided officers with footage of the incident that he recorded.
