This is quite a pickle.
Ariana Madix is being hit with another lawsuit after ex-partner Tom Sandoval sued her for accessing explicit videos of Raquel Leviss from his phone without permission.
The Broadway actress and her “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Katie Maloney are being accused of reneging on a business deal regarding their Something About Her sandwich shop, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Penny Davidi Borsuk, the COO and Director of Culinary at the West Hollywood-based eatery, claimed that Madix, 39, and Maloney, 37, failed to pay her what she was promised in the alleged agreement.
Borsuk alleged that she struck a 10 percent partnership deal with the Bravolebrities if she were to help with the development of the establishment in June 2023.
In the filing, Borsuk claims she played a heavy role in the operations and even filed trademarks for the company.

Borsuk furthered that she was supposed to be paid $7,500 a month until January and then her income should have been increased to $10,000 a month.
However, Borsuk alleged that Madix and Maloney denied the existence of the business deal — prompting her to go to court to be compensated for her work.
The sandwich shop opened this May and serves dishes like grilled cheese, PB&J, smoked turkey on sourdough and ciabatta with burrata.

Earlier this week, Madix was sued by Sandoval for “obtain[ing] access” to explicit videos of Leviss on his phone without “authorization or permission,” according to a filing obtained by Us Weekly.
The cover band artist further alleged that the “Love Island USA” host made “copies” of the footage and “distributed” them to “Leviss and third parties.”

She allegedly accessed the videos on March 1, 2023 — the day Madix discovered Sandoval’s months-long affair with their co-star.
After filing the lawsuit, Sandoval, 42, deactivated his Instagram . However, fans still roasted him in the comments section of the Schwartz & Sandy’s bar’s official Instagram account.
In response to his legal action, Madix threw shade by posting a photo of the “Pump Rules” cast and covered Sandoval’s face with a sticker that said, “Well done.”
