Max is rolling out a major 50% discount for US college students.

Starting today, actively enrolled college students will be able to sign up for a Max With Ads monthly plan subscription, priced at $4.99 a month instead of the usual $9.99 per month. The offer lasts 12 months after signing up for the streaming service, and can be renewed at the end of the 12-month period (unless you’ve graduated). Active students can sign up here .

Max is partnering with the student verification platform UNiDAYS to roll out the discount. Students can sign up on UNiDAYS to verify their active status — once verification is complete, they will receive a unique discount code that they can use to redeem on Max.com.
