Kim Kardashian 'Wanted To Die' After Finger Injury Left 'Bone Sticking Out'

Kim Kardashian is sharing details of the gruesome injury she received that she said made her want to "die."

In Thursday's (July 18) episode of The Kardashians , the SKIMS founder detailed just how injured her finger in such a way that it was even "more painful than childbirth," stating that "you can't even describe the pain but your whole body goes into shock," per People .

During the episode, Kardashian takes a visit to a doctor's office where two fingers on her left hand are noticeably bandaged up, revealing that she suffered an unexpected and incredibly painful injury in an accident involving the "big sliding door to my bathroom." Because the door has "no latch," she usually stops it with her hand, but this time she "pulled it really hard" while she was distracted telling her 8-year-old son Saint he couldn't have a late-night snack of chips and the door "went boom," immediately leaving her in pain.

"I literally looked at my hand and I fell to the ground," she said, as "graphic images" of her injury showed on screen, revealing a bit of bone sticking out of the tip of her middle finger while her index and ring fingers were bruised.

Kardashian said she froze and "didn't scream" and could only mouth the word "help" as she "grabbed the table and got on my knees 'cause I just saw all this blood. And it was my bone sticking out a little bit." She said she "wanted to die" seeing the "floating piece" of her bone, as an X-ray appeared on screen highlighting how the tip of the bone on her finger had broken.

Her doctor said that fortunately her finger didn't need to be amputated, adding that she "dodged a bullet" because it "could have been really bad." Kardashian claimed he did, however, note that her nail may not grow back. But this is still Kim Kardashian, known for her intense beauty routines , so she quickly shut that down, quipping, "Oh come on. I'm going to invent a nail implant."
