It's time to party at the Chastain Park Playground!

Party at the Playground will take place at the Chastain Park Playground on July 20 from 9am - 11:30am. During this awesome event, you'll find FREE popsicles, fun activities, face painting, and more.

Everyone is invited!

Chastain Park Playground is a playground unlike any other in Atlanta. Designed with advice from children, the 40,000-square-foot play area in Chastain Park nestles into six acres of wooded rolling terrain just north of West Wieuca Road.

Two long and bumpy slides sit side-by-side, inviting children (and adults) to race each other, and there’s also a smaller slide for little ones. Boulders and tree stumps invite scrambles up a steep hillside. Three giant ‘oodle’ swings accommodate two, or more, children at once.

There is a climbing wall and a place where children can make music on drums and chimes. And – hello – there is a tree house! Like everything else in the playground, it is wheelchair accessible, so children of all abilities can enjoy the playground and all it has to offer.
