Saira Malik, CIO of investment giant Nuveen LLC, on Wednesday announced her appointment as head of Nuveen Equites and Fixed Income. “I am both honored and proud to add Head of Nuveen Equities and Fixed Income (NEFI) to my role as [CIO], and lead an unbelievably talented team of professionals who are responsible for more than $1 trillion in AUM and committed to delivering strong investment performance for the clients we serve,” wrote Malik in a LinkedIn post.

When the 10 largest US companies account for over a third of the S&P 500, it can seem like this bull market is only driven by a handful of ultra-large-cap stocks.
