Cornerstone VNA Celebrates Team Achievements at Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of NH

CONCORD, N.H. – At the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire, held on June 18th at The Barn at Bull Meadow, Cornerstone VNA proudly announced that two of its team members, Julie Reynolds and Hydi Prentice, received prestigious awards.

Julie Reynolds, President and CEO of Cornerstone VNA, was honored with the Home Care and Hospice Service Award. The Alliance recognized her as a transformative leader who has significantly enhanced the quality of in-home healthcare through innovation and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Under her leadership, Cornerstone VNA has not only doubled in size but also expanded its reach and improved patient care services. “I am truly honored to receive this award. Working together through the Alliance allows us to foster change in healthcare, enhancing our ability to serve our community effectively,” Julie commented on her recognition.

Hydi Prentice, a Personal Care Service Provider at Cornerstone VNA, received the Alliance’s inaugural Personal Care Service Award. Hydi was celebrated for her exceptional dedication to her patients, going beyond routine duties to ensure comprehensive care and emotional support. Her commitment to helping patients maintain their independence at home has set a high standard within the organization. “Receiving this award was an honor and very much appreciated,” said Hydi, reflecting on her accolade.

The evening was a momentous occasion, not only for the award recipients but also for the entire organization. Erika Lee, Advancement Director at Cornerstone VNA, highlighted the significance of the event: “It was a wonderful evening that recognized the tremendous support the Alliance has provided to home health care organizations over the past 50 years.
