Botched national anthem singer Ingrid Andress is failing upwards.

After a horrific performance singing the “Star-Spangled Banner” at last Monday’s Home Run Derby, where Andress later admitted she was drunk and would be entering rehab, music streaming service SoundCloud told TMZ that her plays on her music have increased by around 50 percent.

The old phrase “there’s no such thing as bad publicity” surely echoes in this example, as Andress made headlines for all the wrong reasons after butchering the anthem and then making her shocking admission.

“I’m not gonna bulls–t y’all, I was drunk last night,” Andress posted Tuesday. “I’m checking myself into a facility today to get the help I need. That was not me last night. I apologize to MLB, all the fans, and this country I love so much for that rendition. I’ll let y’all know how rehab is I hear it’s super fun.”

Andress had 335,000 Instagram followers immediately after her poor performance, but her spotlight has grown considerably, as she sits at 349,000 followers on the platform just days later.

On Soundcloud, Andress’ 2019 song “More Hearts Than Mine” has particularly caught the attention of her listeners, as it has more than doubled the listeners in just three days.

Andress, 32, had seen plenty of success prior to this foible, having been nominated for four Grammy awards, including Best New Artist in 2021, which Megan Thee Stallion would win.

A country music singer, Andress was raised in Highlands Ranch, Colo., and her 2020 debut release album “Lady Like” was in the running for best country album of the year.

Surely, upon returning from rehab, Andress may have the opportunity to take advantage of this by going on tour and launching her career into stardom.

She has since canceled all upcoming concerts .
