WWE Free Agency: Motor City Machine Guns expected to join influx of knockout talent, per report

It’s almost laughable right now to consider that, as recently as a couple weeks ago, there was a narrative floating around that the WWE was hemorrhaging talent. It is true they opted to not re-sign Ricochet who, at this moment, is still a free agent and they still haven’t heard from Becky Lynch (she’s taking a break) while deciding to release an angry Dijak, but here come the Motor City Machine Guns.

The highly sought after tag team is expected to sign to WWE soon, per the Wrestling Observer Newsletter .

If this holds true, it will be another gargantuan gain for Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

It’s key to note the WWE has added Jacob Fatu to The Bloodline, an instant superstar who is terrorizing SmackDown, as well as poaching Stephanie Vaquer away from not only an AEW offer, but from NJPW and CMLL entirely.

And then there’s the matter of Giulia, also expected to make her WWE debut soon — a belief bolstered by how her name was invoked by NXT Women’s North American Champion Kelani Jordan on the July 16 episode of the Black and Gold Brand.

MCMG parted from TNA earlier this year and have been entertaining offers since, having once been believed to be headed to AEW who, once again, is in a bidding war with WWE to try and land a top talent after losing out on Vaquer one week ago.

Unless AEW can up their offer at the last minute, MCMG will find their way to a roster that is becoming an entire cheat code in the wrestling industry.
