Uplift Troupe from Carrickfergus performing Monday

The Boyle County Arts Commission is hosting a performance by the Uplift Troupe from Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland on Monday, July 22 at 6 p.m. at the Jennie Rogers Community Center. The music and dancing performance is by kids who run the Shamrock Camps at West T. Hill Community Theater. The camps are going on right now with performances each week.

After the performance, people are welcome to take a look at the two new rooms that the Arts Commission will have at the Jennie Rogers Community Center. One room will be set up as a classroom and the other is a meeting room. The commission is welcoming community members to give ideas of classes and activities they would like to see, and/or teach or lead.
