Dateline NBC returns on Friday, July 19, 2024 , to revisit the 2006 murder case of Ken Juedes . The episode, titled “The Trouble at Dill Creek Farm,” will unveil details from the twisted tale that involved a person closest to the victim. Following a 15-year hunt for the killer, Juedes’ wife, Cindy Schulz-Juedes, was charged with his murder in 2019.

Ken Juedes was found with two gunshot wounds at his home in August 2006, reported Oxygen . Following his death, Schulz-Juedes denied involvement in the incident and even offered a generous $25,000 reward in return for information about her husband’s murder. Schulz-Juedes claimed she spent the night in a camper outside their home when Juedes was murdered. Upon finding his body the following day, she ran to a neighbor’s house to call 911. However, her statements proved to be inconsistent.

Schulz-Juedes was eventually found guilty of the murder of Juedes in October 2021, reported Wausau Daily Herald . The following year, she was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
