Corrigan Sports Enterprises, Inc. (CSE) will once again facilitate the event across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge open to walkers and runners alike.

Last year was Corrigan Sports third year running the event with over 17,000 reported participants, according to County Administrator Todd Mohn.

Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), CSE and Queen Anne’s County work closely to coordinate the event including planning for public safety measures with the help of outside agencies from both sides of the bay.

The race starts in Anne Arundel County and ends in the Chesapeake Business Park with busing of participants occurring throughout both counties.

This event stands as a great opportunity to showcase Queen Anne’s County as a Tourism destination, according to Heather Tinellii, economic development director.

Participation is anticipated to continue to increase for the 2024 Bay Bridge Run which marks the only annual event in which walkers and runners may cross the Bay Bridge on foot.

More information about the race can be found at: https://www.thebaybridgerun.com.
