Soggy weather this weekend, Stays unsettled next week

Weekend Outlook : The cold front will lift north as a warm front across Central Alabama this weekend. Upper-level waves will move across the state, keeping wet weather in the forecast. Saturday will have scattered showers and storms throughout the day. High temperatures will be in the middle 80s.

It will be warm and humid with more scattered showers and storms on Sunday. High temperatures will be in the middle 80s. Rain will be heavy at times each day, so you will need to watch out for possible flash flooding issues.

Next Week Outlook : The warm and very humid unsettled weather pattern continues into next week. An upper-level low over the Plains States will send more upper-level waves moving across Alabama Monday through Friday. This will set off scattered showers and storms with heavy rain. We will have to watch out for possible flash flooding issues. Temperatures will stay below average with highs only getting into middle to upper 80s daily.
