Confirmation Of New WWE Signing Following Recent Speculation

Solo Sikoa is currently leading The Bloodline as Roman Reigns is currently on hiatus, and this has seen him bring in Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu as new members. And now, following plenty of speculation about former New Japan wrestler also Hikuleo joining the faction after WWE applied to trademark the name “Talla Tonga,” Fightful Select has confirmed the adopted son of Haku has signed with the company, although a start date isn’t known.

“Hikuelo was widely expected to join WWE as his brothers Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa did in the previous months. WWE sources this week confirmed that to be the case and said that Hikuleo has joined the company, but no start date was clarified to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp.”

33-year-old Hikuleo, whose real name is Tautuiaki Taula Koloamatangi, initially trained at the Dudley Boyz’s Team 3D Academy in 2016 before joining the New Japan dojo. This would lead to him becoming a member of the iconic BC stable alongside his half-brother, Tama Tonga, and his cousin and adopted brother, Tonga Loa. Subsequently, thanks to the Japanese promotion’s various working relationships, this would open the door for him to work several matches for TNA when they were still called Impact Wrestling, as well as three times for AEW on both Dynamite and Dark.
