While people often call on Bush to speak out against Donald Trump and the Republican Party he has remade in his own image, friends and associates said he is standing by his pledge not to critique other presidents and political leaders.🤫

    There must be something these Olympians aren't good at. They are Stanford engineers and aspiring dieticians. They own businesses and command board rooms. There are multiple, literal, rocket scientists. Their résumés would make them valedictorian at any high school in the United States except their classroom is now the real world – and the Olympic stage.     Celebrities generally do not pick reporters up at the airport, let alone in a pickup truck. But it happened to USA TODAY's Marco della Cava. With a rebooted "Twisters" movie in theaters this weekend, della Cava recounts the day in 1995 when he met the late, great Bill Paxton – star of the original "Twister," "Apollo 13," TV's "Big Love" and so much more – at the Oklahoma City airport .🌪️
