With Eminem considered one of the greatest rappers of all time, when the artist drops a new album – it is a big deal. Already releasing 11 studio albums throughout his time in the spotlight, Eminem decided to expand that number when he dropped The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) on July 12. Not even spending a month on the airwaves and Eminem is proving why he is one of the top rappers out there. His new album is such a success that he even achieved another milestone, beating out the King of Pop Michael Jackson.

Eminem’s new album marked his return to the studio after he released Music to Be Murdered By back in 2020. After spending nearly four years away, the rapper returned without yet another hit record. And looking at the numbers, it seems Eminem landed his 11th No. 1 album in the U.K. With the rapper crossing another milestone, he surpassed icons like ABBA, Queen, and the legendary Michael Jackson. While beating Jackson, Eminem now stands among stars like Rod Stewart, David Bowie, U2, and Taylor Swift. Swift recently landed her 11th No. 1 album when she shared The Tortured Poets Department.

Eminem Criticizes Sean “Diddy” Combs In New Song

With the rapper known for not holding back when dealing with his lyrics, Eminem decided to set his sights on Sean “Diddy” Combs. In the song “Antichrist”, the rapper consistently attacked the Bad Boy CEO and the allegations surrounding him.

Sharing numerous accusations against Combs, his ex, Cassie Ventura, claimed in her 2023 lawsuit that the producer physically abused her multiple times and even raped her. Among the allegations were statements that in 2012, Combs threatened to blow up Kid Cudi’s car. Ventura wrote in her lawsuit, “Mr. Combs told Ms. Ventura that he was going to blow up Kid Cudi’s car, and that he wanted to ensure that Kid Cudi was home with his friends when it happened. “Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in his driveway.”

Never shying away from his thoughts, Eminem continues to dominate not just the airwaves but the entire music industry as he sold over 200 million albums during his career.
