Mirianne Pierre and Watson Joseph were arrested on Monday evening on two counts of dependent neglect and booked into Marion County Jail in Indiana. Dakota Levi Stevens, a 10-year-old boy, died from what's been ruled as mechanical asphyxia after his foster mother Jennifer Wilson sat on him, it is reported. Jennifer was arrested for the crime in Berrien County, Michigan, and is facing up to six years in prison. She reportedly told the police the boy had run away earlier in the day and she found him at a neighbor's house.
