Miss Night and Day episode 11 aired on Saturday, July 20, 2024, on JTBC and Netflix. It stars Lee Jung-Eun as Lim Sun, Jung Eun-Ji as Lee Mi-Jin, Choi Jin-Hyuk as Gye Ji-Ung, and Baek Seo-Hoo as Ko Won. The K-drama focuses on a young woman mysteriously transforming into her fifties during the day.
In the previous episode, Lim Sun (Mi-Jin’s older version) discovered that hospital director Baek Cheol-Gyu knew her aunt. Her aunt went missing years ago and Mi-Jin used her name for her elder form. Cheol-Gyu compared her missing aunt’s blood group to Lim Sun’s, making her suspicious of him. Meanwhile, top star Ko Won confessed his feelings to Mi-Jin. Ji-Ung became heartbroken as he witnessed the two together at night.
The Miss Night and Day episode 11 features Lim Sun waiting for Prosecutor Ji-Ung at the office. She wonders why he is running late when Byeong-Deok informs her that their boss has taken sick leave. Meanwhile, Ko Won recalls the other night when Mi-Jin indirectly rejects him and hints that she feels the same for someone else.
What happens in Miss Night and Day episode 11?
Miss Night and Day episode 11 further shows Lim Sun/Mi-Jin getting worried about Ji-Ung. At night, she packs homemade food and sneaks out of her house. Byeong-Deok helps her get into the prosecutor’s apartment. Mi-Jin takes care of Ji-Ung, which makes the latter recall some heart-warming childhood moments with his mother. He then reveals his missing, presumed dead, mother’s story to her.
The next day, Ji-Ung enquires about Cheol-Gyu to a few detectives. They claim that the director’s car has been parked at the hospital since morning. While they assume the suspect is in the hospital, Cheol-Gyu meets a man who shows a few photos of Mi-Jin and Lim Sun. The director wonders why the two women meet often but have not been spotted together.
The photographer informs, “Lim Sun disappears without a trace after work, and Lee Mi-Jin only appears after Lim Sun gets off work.” He further asks Cheol-Gyu if Lim Sun is the same woman from 24 years ago. The director replies that they have to confirm that.
Jung Eun-Ji is shocked to see Choi Jin-Hyuk at her home
In the evening, Mi-Jin arrives home and sees Ji-Ung’s car parked outside her house. When she enters her home, Mi-Jin is shocked to see him sitting with his parents. She wants to ask him why he is here, but Ji-Ung tries to avert his gaze.
Post dinner, he lies to her and says that he arrived at her home by coincidence. Mi-Jin then shares the story of her missing aunt and mentions that her mother feels the same way as him.
Miss Night and Day Episode 11 ending spoilers
Towards the end of Miss Night and Day episode 11, Byeong-Deok and Lim Sun rush to Cheol-Gyu’s hospital as they receive a search warrant. Amid the search, a nurse asks Lim Sun to come with her rented to her visit a few days ago. On the other hand, Ji-Ung becomes more suspicious of Cheol-Gyu and requests his boss to pass an arrest warrant.
On his way to the hospital, Ko Won stops Ji-Ung and asks if his case is related to Mi-Jin. The prosecutor sternly tells him to call her if he is worried. Ko Won replies that she is not picking up his call, making Ji-Ung worried.
Ji-Ung reaches the hospital and frantically looks for her. Meanwhile, Cheol-Gyu disguises as a doctor wearing a mask and passes by Ji-Ung. The latter does not notice him, who is pushing a rolling bed with Lim Sun lying on it unconsciously. The final scene shows Lim Sun’s hands tied with tape on her mouth, and she is shockingly looking at Cheol-Gyu.
