Gwyneth Paltrow doesn't often share photos of either of her kids—but recently, the Goop founder posted a rare shot of herself with both adult children in a vulnerable AMA.
On Friday, July 19, the Shakespeare in Love actress, 51, took to her Instagram Story as part of an "ask me anything" session. Responding to a fan requesting the last picture with her son, Paltrow included a sweet snap of herself with her daughter, Apple , 20, and Moses , 18. She shares her two children with her ex-husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin .
In the segment immediately following, Paltrow revealed the biggest difference between herself and her husband, Brad Falchuk , 53, who she married in 2018.
"I love cilantro and he hates cilantro," she shared in a video response.
Yet another question Paltrow answered as part of the Instagram AMA involved the trait she loves most about her kids and the trait she worries about the most with them.
"I think my kids really know themselves very well, and that's a trait about them that I both love and admire," she shared in her vulnerable response. "And I guess one I worry about for both of them is anxiety. This, as we know, is the anxious generation. So that's probably what I worry about."
Before Friday's update, the last photo Paltrow posted of Moses was for a birthday tribute in April.
"Happy 18th birthday to you, my son. I am so proud of who you are," the doting mom wrote on Instagram . "I love your sensitivity and brilliance and quiet humor. I admire how deep you go into areas that interest you, becoming an expert in synths from the 80’s and the French new wave. I love how much you love the people you love, but also how internal you are."

Paltrow continued: "There is such a magnificent world of ideas and harmonies inside that beautiful head of yours. I am unbelievably proud of the person you are today, as you cross over the threshold into adulthood. I love you more than words can say, @mosesmartin you absolutely kill me. ❤️Mama."
On March 31, she also posted Instagram photos of both kids as they visited for the Easter holiday .
