Chennedy Carter is showing the league that no one can guard her.

On Tuesday, the Chicago Sky Guard led her team to a win against the defending champs, the Las Vegas Aces. In their last game before the Olympic break, the Sky emerged victorious over the Aces at Michelob Ultra Arena.

With a 93-85 win, Chennedy Carter secured 34pts, 4 REBs, and 2 ASTs to seal the victory. While the Aces quickly responded to trailing the Sky in the first quarter, they didn’t have an answer for Carter’s play.

It’s just one of the games in which the Guard dominated as a starter and left opposing teams scrambling to stop her. Even when she came off the bench, her energy and determination to win was palpable throughout her play.

Carter is putting the league and new WNBA fans on notice

On social media, many fans repeat, “She’s a DAWG,” and “Chennedy should’ve been an All-Star.” Many people were unaware of Carter’s game. She’s ensuring no one doubts her ability to be a playmaker again.

Since the season began, she has scored double-digit points in every game except three. She’s the “Chenn” to Angel Reese’s Barbie as the duo continues to set the tone for their team.

Carter also has a great connection with Kamilla Cardoso on the court.

With her standout performances, both as a starter and off the bench, Carter has undeniably proven her All-Star potential. Her moniker, “Hollywood,” is not just a nickname but a reflection of her star quality and the fire it fuels within her.
