MINOT, ND ( KXNET ) — The North Dakota State Fair has announced that Lil Wayne’s performance must be rescheduled due to flight disruptions.

“Due to this global flight disruption,” said ND State Fair General Manager Craig Rudland in a press release, “we have had to reschedule Lil Wayne’s performance. We are grateful to his team for working diligently with us to ensure his fans can still enjoy an incredible show. We also appreciate Sawyer Brown for agreeing to move up their performance, allowing the Fair to continue delivering for all fans. We are working diligently to maintain the high-quality State Fair that North Dakotans know and love.”

According to the State Fair, Lil Wayne’s show has been rescheduled to Wednesday, July 24, at 8:00 p.m. The Sawyer Brown concert, meanwhile, will now take place at 2:00 p.m. on the same day.

The gates for Sawyer Brown will open at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and at 6:30 p.m. for Lil Wayne. Tickets for the Saturday show will still be valid for Wednesday. If guests are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, unscanned tickets will be eligible for refunds beginning Thursday, July 25.
