The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy breaks down the NFC East storylines going into training camp:

    Dallas Cowboys

    Coach: Mike McCarthy (fifth year)

    Training camp site: Oxnard, Calif.

    Key additions: Were there any?

Do you count the return of RB Ezekiel Elliott after a one-year stay with the Patriots, even though he is averaging 3.9 yards per carry over the past four seasons?

LB Eric Kendricks backed out of an agreement with the Chargers to reunite with defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer.

First-round pick Tyler Guyton could start at left tackle.

Key losses: Future Hall of Fame LT Tyron Smith signed an incentive-laden deal with the Jets that the Cowboys would not match.

C Tyler Biadasz and EDGEs Dorance Armstrong Jr. and Dante Fowler Jr. followed Dan Quinn to the Commanders.

RB Tony Pollard and WR Michael Gallup — two former 1,000-yard weapons — left for the Titans and Raiders, respectively. CB Stephon Gilmore remains unsigned.

Training camp storylines to watch: Contract negotiations with Dak Prescott seem stalled, and the reigning NFL leader in touchdown passes (36) could be playing for a monster free-agent contract since he can’t be franchise-tagged next offseason.

WR CeeDee Lamb isn’t happy with his contract status, either.

    Is EDGE Micah Parsons?

McCarthy is under as much pressure as any coach in the NFL and can’t afford a slow start.

CB Trevon Diggs is returning from a torn ACL.

This could be the final season for nine-time Pro Bowl RG Zach Martin.

    Philadelphia Eagles

    Coach: Nick Sirianni (fourth year)

    Training camp site: Philadelphia

Key additions: GM Howie Roseman shocked the NFL by defying commonly accepted running-back market logic to steal Saquon Barkley away from the Giants for big bucks.

DE Bryce Huff, LB Devin White and DB C.J. Gardner-Johnson shore up a defense that was gashed late last season.

QB Kenny Pickett, the Steelers’ 2022 first-round pick, gets a fresh start as a backup.

Key losses: Huff has big shoes to fill replacing EDGE Haason Reddick, who had 27 sacks in 34 games over the past two years.

Reddick took Huff’s spot with the Jets.

RB D’Andre Swift and S Kevin Byard proved to be one-year rentals before both moved on to the Bears.

C Jason Kelce and DT Fletcher Cox — who combined to play 381 games for the Eagles — both retired.

Training camp storylines to watch: Last year’s collapse from midseason Super Bowl favorites to one-and-done in the playoffs either will create a chip on the shoulder or be a sign of bad things to come.

Running backs cash in big again with NFL free agency frenzy

Are the Eagles still built to dominate both sides of the line of scrimmage?

Cam Jurgens is moving to center and RG Tyler Steen is a new starter.

Former first-rounder DT Jordan Davis is reaching now-or-never territory.

Will the Eagles go old (James Bradberry, Avonte Maddox) or young (Quinyon Mitchell, Cooper DeJean) at cornerback?

Giants not satisfied with their progress against Eagles

    New York Giants

    Coach: Brian Daboll (third year)

Training camp site: East Rutherford, N.J.

Key additions: Free-agent spending was geared toward the offensive line (RG Jon Runyan Jr. and LG Jermaine Eluemunor), but the newcomers with the most game-breaking ability arrived via trade (EDGE Brian Burns) and the draft (WR Malik Nabers).

RB Devin Singletary is the only experienced rusher.

Two rookies, S Tyler Nubin and CB Dru Phillips, could start in the secondary.

Key losses: The NFL’s 30th-ranked scoring offense lost its top two playmakers in RB Saquon Barkley (Eagles) and TE Darren Waller (retired).

The defense also took some big hits when S Xavier McKinney (Packers) and DT A’Shawn Robinson (Panthers) left in free agency.

The longest-tenured Giant is no longer Sterling Shepard (Buccaneers).

Goodbye Tyrod Taylor (Jets), hello QB Drew Lock on the backup quarterback carousel.

Training camp storylines to watch: It could start and end with QB Daniel Jones’ health after last season’s torn ACL.

When does he join 11-on-11 drills?

When is he cleared for contact?

Does he show an ability to scramble?

But keeping Jones healthy falls on the offensive line, which allowed the second-most sacks in NFL history (85) last season.

The new configuration has a lot riding on whether RT Evan Neal can be salvaged from bust territory as he recovers from ankle surgery.

    Washington Commanders

    Coach: Dan Quinn (first year)

    Training camp site: Ashburn, Va.

Key additions: Quinn, the former Cowboys defensive coordinator, added four new EDGEs — Dorance Amstrong Jr., Dexter Fowler Jr., Frankie Luvu and Clelin Ferrell — along with LB Bobby Wagner and S Jeremy Chinn.

C Tyler Biadasz is part of a badly needed offensive-line overhaul.

Are RB Austin Ekeler, TE Zach Ertz and QB Marcus Mariota past their primes?

The Commanders had four top-53 draft picks, including QB Jayden Daniels.

Key losses: RB Antonio Gibson (Patriots) and WR Curtis Samuel (Bills) are gone after finishing third and fourth, respectively, on the team in yards from scrimmage.

The secondary will have a different look after losing S Kam Curl (Rams) and CB Kendall Fuller (Dolphins).

The QB room underwent a total makeover as Jacoby Brissett returned to the Patriots and Sam Howell was traded to the Seahawks.

Training camp storylines to watch: Which rookie-quarterback path will the Commanders take with Daniels: Let him start from Week 1?

Make him learn behind Mariota until the veteran shows his first crack?

Offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury is known for high-octane offenses, but protecting the quarterback is a must.

An offensive line that allowed 65 sacks last season has four starters in place but a big question at left tackle.

Can third-round pick Brandon Coleman handle the job as a rookie?

Just as much uncertainty exists at cornerback.
