WHAT WE'RE TRACKING :

• Scattered afternoon storms today and tomorrow

• Drying out by mid to late week

• Heating up this weekend

PLANNING THE NEXT 24 HOURS : Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon. Temperatures this afternoon will be right near 80 degrees. Skies will clear out overnight with temperatures dropping into the mid 60s. Due to wildfires out west and smoke being caught in the jet stream, our skies across southern Wisconsin will remain hazy over the next few days.

EXTENDED FORECAST : Scattered showers and thunderstorms are once again likely Tuesday before we dry out Wednesday. We should remain dry through at least Saturday of this upcoming weekend. Temperatures remain seasonal throughout all of next week before temperatures climb into the upper 80s Sunday through the middle of next week.
