Two killed in Greenville Co. crash

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has confirmed two people were killed in a wreck early Sunday morning in Greenville County.

Just before 3:30 a.m., the Coroner’s Office was called to a scene at Augusta Road and Princeton Highway in Honea Path.

According to the coroner’s office, the wreck occurred when a vehicle going south on Augusta Road crossed over center and hit another vehicle headed north.

The coroner’s office said is still working to identify the people killed in the wreck, but did say one of those killed was a woman.

The wreck remains under investigation by the coroner’s office and state highway patrol.
