Pop icon Madonna stunned fans during the opening night of her UK tour at London Palladium in 2020 with some rather candid revelations teasing that she had never been involved with a man who had a "small d***".
The Madame X tour reportedly kicked off with her sharing a series of crude jokes, including ones about "sharing STDs", implying that she was "good on her knees". The star, formerly married to Guy Ritchie, 55, and Sean Penn, 63, is believed to have delivered various risque remarks and performed some overtly suggestive routines involving wide leg-spreading, crotch-grabbing, and bending over.
As reported by the Sun then, Madonna provokingly queried her audience: "What do you call a man with a small penis? The answer is, I wouldn't f***ing know. I’ve never been with a guy with a small d***. You know size matters, don't pretend that it doesn't."

Madonna, who has previously been associated with model Kevin Sampaio, 35, actor Warren Beatty, 87, and rapper Vanilla Ice, 56, is said to have sipped from a fan's drink at one stage. She humorously indicated to that fan that they had now "shared STDs".
The outlet also shares that the global pop star Madonna didn't shy away from making a spicy joke about her love life, with a reference to positive feedback she's received. She is on record stating: "Usually I kneel for about 20 minutes and that's fine. I'm good at it, so I've been told."
Further along in the show, the musical icon couldn't resist dropping a risque quip involving celebrated composer Mozart, and alluding to using famous gay dating app Grindr to hire her assistants. It's reported that she afforded a coquettish leg spread prior to declaring: "That's right ladies and gentleman, this is what it's like to have Mozart come out of your p***y."
The debut night of the concert tour marked the first in a series of 14 performances planned to take place there over a span of three weeks. The charismatic Madonna had attendees excited at the premiere as she hinted toward making sure the show ends on schedule, alluding to Westminster City Council lowering a 'nine-ton iron curtain' if she crossed any professional lines.
Sharing the stage with her dance partner Ahlamalik Williams, now 28, she informed her audience: "I've got to make it fast. There's an iron curtain that's going to come down at a certain time. I've been warned by Westminster Council. I hear it weighs nine tons, and that would hurt."
The queen of pop and her dance partner were joined on stage by her twin daughters Stella and Estere, who are now 11, and her daughter Mercy, who is currently 18.
Madonna donned knee supports as she took to the stage for the first show of her UK tour, following the cancellation of a previous gig due to injuries. Despite whispers of low ticket sales causing the earlier cancellation, Madonna firmly quashed such rumours, insisting: "I am deeply sorry I have to cancel my concert. Under doctors' guidance I have been told to rest for a few days."
"As you all know I have injuries that have plagued me since the beginning of the tour but I must always listen to my body and put my health first. The last thing I want to do is disappoint my fans or compromise the integrity of my show. So I will keep going until I cannot."
